Foot Mobilisation Therapy

We are pleased to welcome Ted Jedynak, the Australian founder of Foot Mobilisation Therapy (FMT), as the leading expert in this field for our symposium in Göttingen. He will travel a great distance to share his valuable knowledge. In this course, designed as a hybrid course, you will learn online about the anatomy and biomechanics, conservative therapies for the foot, with a focus on insole fitting. Ted Jedynak will also provide his online course system Level 1 and 2 before the course. Here, you will learn the basics of chiropractic for the foot, mobilisation techniques, and the most important manipulation techniques. These techniques can then be practiced intensively during the hands-on course, where Ted Jedynak and his team will closely supervise the participants.

This comprehensive curriculum offers you the opportunity to efficiently assess and conservatively treat musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions of the foot and ankle. You will learn advanced adjustment techniques, ranging from plantar fascia release to the mobilisation of complex foot joints. Take the opportunity to deepen your clinical skills in posture analysis, radiological evaluation, and biomechanical assessment. The techniques learned are specifically designed to treat foot, ankle, knee, hip, and spinal complaints holistically and sustainably.

Areas of expertise include sports orthopedics, technical orthopedics, conservative foot orthopedics, diabetic foot syndrome, osteoarthritis treatment (especially knee, ankle, and foot), manual medicine, foot and ankle surgery, arthroscopic joint surgery, knee and ankle joint replacement, and technical orthopedics.
